"I always get great customer service when I call in to Chadd‘s offic. This time Laurie took the lead to contact State Farm claims for me. State Farm claims put me on hold for over an hour, I got frustrated and called Laurie in Chadd‘s office. She followed up and resolved my issue. State Farm claims say they’re slammed and very busy but I’m sure glad Chadd staffs effectively and Laurie definitely deserves a raise. Customer service is all about being there and being responsive when you call and that’s what you get with Chadd's team."
